- Scope minimal refactors for codex (move navigation, add exit button etc)
- Leave it to do it's thing, check and commit manually

Solopreneurs also have tech debt but they only have to explain the issue to themselves so are a lot more reasonable to reason with.

Anyone who tells you they don't have that problem is likely piling more tech debt on top to make a quick change (delaying the pain until later).

Devs love startups because there's so little tech debt, those conversations become someone else's problem in a few years.
