Greg, this question is a bit reductive but why does an org like LAD consistently pump out power SP prospects from throughout draft , while Cubs tend to draft lower-upside, command/control types?

They really need organic improvements from Gervon, Turner, and Booker over next couple years. Don’t have a ton of resources , financially, to address problem anytime soon.
