And hospitals / ASCs serving primarily private insurance populations. And the MDs who are compensated per procedure. MedSchools & PBMs clearly. And the meddev/pharma companies squeaking by FDA approval on at best modest to marginal effects. We shouldn't underestimate how many the system is serving.

Aren't you both correct? Amazon has engaged in practices (lowest price/disappearance and coerced 3pl) that harm its sellers. To the extent that this is illegal should hinge on whether the consumer is harmed / has choice restricted / pays more.
