My recent #battletech #minis: Full Synthwave. :) (The effect is really cool in rea-life, as it's an almost top-down colorshift, without the use of metallics or speciality paints.) The bases are 3D printed and got the hightlight color sprayed on them from the same angle their 'mech is lit up in pink.
