The baking apples we made pie filling and froze. Those are especially good. You are welcome to load up on apples and remaining tomatoes if you like. We are gone this weekend to Maryland. Dave sounds good. He has been doing well for a while now.

My garden got overtaken by weeds. The eating apple tree is loaded. The baking apple tree has massive apples the size of grape fruit. I do not use herbicides so there are blemishes. We roasted and froze our freezer full of tomatoes and there are a lot laying on the ground going to waste.

I have not been on this platform in months. Just saw your post. I would do containers on your deck. I inherited a farm and spent the summer brush hogging fields that were almost forests with an old 76 year old tractor. I have it all in crops or leased.
