To think this is 60 years old. To make ice you add water to little trays that go in the freezer. There is only one motor inside. Just the compressor, no fans. And it uses 2.7 amps. Not 9.8 amps of the 1990s model we trashed.

24 years of owning this money pit... Father and son high school project and I've still got it.. 400k miles at least and I've had 3 engines it. So much money gone in just upkeep.

I used the u turn orbit for a few years but was dissatisfied with it overall. The switching of the belt/pulley to change from 33 to 45 was annoying and the belt stretched often.. I've been using the Fluance RT-85 with a vacuum tube phono preamp and tube amp for a year now and am very happy.

@thetubeguy.bsky.social got one of the bell 2122A's restored. What a joke whoever did previous repairs... The schematic also messed up getting the tone controls labeled backwards. Had study the circuit a bit.

Right now I have a Yaqin mc 13 I've had for 7 years. Running Ei Yugoslavian tubes all around now.

I got these put up yesterday. Klipsch 8000f II's. Replaced my old fluance floor speakers. These are much for efficient for my 35-40 watt amps.

I found my stash of nos tubes I bought for these amps years ago. I stole a 6v6 for a TV that needed a tube but it went bad, showing shorts and grid emissions.
