Great read, Ann. Part of me can’t shake the feeling Del. SC may reopen the fair price part, a-la Lynch II (sorta eh: procedural aspects were different, but SC can find fair price on appeal). In any event: hilar Elon got the exact opposite of what Lucian & Jesse decried:
