I heard the same. I solved that by pressure cooking everything I used to slow cook, but I appreciate that the long cook is often more convenient. There's also a bit of a learning curve with the pressure cooking - if it senses a burn then it just stops (v annoying) but extra liquid solves

I was skeptical, but now very happy with mine. Only use it to pressure cook and sous vide now - slow cooking not so much. NYT cooking app also has lots of instant pot specific recipes

According to the Times yesterday, even posting photos in a staff room is inappropriate. Not sure it would be top of my list for data protection issues that need proactively addressing by the ICO

My attempt cheap and cheerful version - downloaded off Wikipedia with IKEA (?) frames - is a bit wonky and broken but still going strong. Shame it wasn't actually cheap after all those frames though! Need to get the top row sorted next
