I know it’s Christmas week and it’s busy with family stuff but I’ve been good getting in workouts still almost every day. Cool to see my avg power jump in 2 weeks. Shy of where I was a couple years ago but nice to see gains. Now to improve the diet, hat will start next week :) #onepeloton #peloton

I have started the prep work on desserts. Pumpkin bars (pre frosting) done. Next the pumpkin pie and prepping veggies after that for the stuffing and snack. Then seasoning the turkeys (full and breast) and then the sweet potatoe mash up after that. But a preview.

Rode with my wife and a bunch of others for the #womensRapha100 first time riding 100km for both of us. I struggled at the end, likely due to fueling and the fact I haven’t ridden more than 45 miles ever. Thankfully it was mostly flat.

At mile 29 we stop to let others catch up. 2 of our group (plus me) are sitting just under 16mph with only bike path riding to go. It’s now or never to hot 16 so we hooked up and flew down the path. Even with some brief slowdowns with road crossings we ended up crushing the final 6 miles. #cycling

Couldn’t do a group ride this morning so the wife and I got out for a 24 miler in the heat to make up for it this afternoon. Always an adventure when we follow a route made by our friend. Thankful no other issues and the bridge was safe for bikes.

Wilson went in today to have a cancerous mass removed on his leg/hip. He did so good and is out of it but glad to have him home. #bostonterrier #dogsrule before and after. At least he likes the dog bed we got him so far.

If you need extra storage for a room or rooms, #ikea has a great system and easy to assemble all on your own (would help with 2 people though) their Pax system is really customizable. Not an ad but could be an ad. I am not very handy and I did this one myself. Now my office is my wife’s closet.
