Honestly has been my takeaway from the first 20 min. Dortmund just not up to the pace of play and we heard all week how they're a top Bundesliga team.

Why let him lead the search for the new head coach if you've lost confidence in him? If this is the move (and I agree it should be) then why wasn't he holding hands with Lesense as he walked out the door? This club is just sooooooo poorly run.

Congrats on more work! If Savinho and Eze get over the line, does that change your outlook for us this year? For me, I don't think they significantly move the needle and that money should probably go elsewhere, but fans seem pretty hyped.

Bought this as well for the Spurs preview and really enjoy your writing. My only complaint is (not your fault) that so much of this late window transfer drama might impact some of the findings. Are there plans to update or add a note once the window closes? (Certainly not entitled to that, btw!)

Hard to imagine what pieces you truly build around with this squad... Not sure about Weiler's philosophy, but feels like we're constantly at the beginning of a two year reset and we just finished clearing the squad out of deadwood from the Losada appointment.

Haven't been willing to give this organization my money for a couple years now, but if the legacy kit had been black instead of white, I would have been tested to my breaking point. Have never bought a kit because I haven't really enjoyed them over the past decade but the originals are sooo nice.

Maybe it's just random sparks, but it does feel like Pirani might be starting to show the promise he was billed for... A couple nice goals in recent weeks.

Just a question of who runs out of rope first, him or Troy... Was a STM back in the RFK days and at the beginning of Audit, but this club just sucks. Thank God for the Spirit, but DC deserves so much better than this year after year.

Had to look - Klich was alright, he brought in Herrera who has been (mostly) good and that's it. But that's two out of...maybe 27 signings he's made. Feels like I could maybe do better with a two year old football manager database...

You could see he had eyes for it and was planting with the left and then just... didn't try? Think that's a pretty clear sign for me that he ain't it. This whole team ain't it, but pretty damning for McKay to bring him in on the contract.
