Why did I make this?

Me in January: "Is doing 2023 miles on my bike this year going to be too easy for me?"

Me today, doing the math on how many miles I have to do each day to catch up: Endless screaming.

I'm ashamed of how long I was cooking my couscous without toasting it first. Damn my white European background that hates flavor!!!

I've found the news much more palatable since I've adopted my policy of mentally adding the phrase "a man who knows literally nothing" after every mention of Elon Musk.

Some day I'm going to have to stop using the excuse "We'll, I am living through a late-capitalist, theocratic hellscape" to justify eating junk food for dinner. But that day is not today.

If I were in an action movie and someone threw my gun when it ran out of bullets, I'd be pretty annoyed. Like, I know we have other priorities, but later I'm gonna be asking you why you thought it was ok to throw my gun.
