Just a run-of-the-mill bad week in the markets? Or perhaps the AI bubble is beginning to burst? Or is this happening in anticipation of war with Venezuela? Too soon to tell the cause, but something is afoot.

According to S&P Global data, there have been 655 large US corporate bankruptcies through October of this year, which is a 15-year high.
