And having an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the oval, heaping praise on Trump doesn't even garner a whisper of unease about independence from DOJ. All for the one special boy.

Reality is, it doesn't matter to at least 70% of Americans. If not more. Sad but true.

These Democrats learned nothing of the last long shutdown. GOP paid zero price for the shutdown. Nothing. Democrats just don’t know how to fight. What a joke.

It’s harsh, but I agree. Stop softening the blow of Republican polices. Let the electorate feel it all. Only then *maybe* will *some* stop voting for it. Enough to get those people out of public office and put in people that will help our fellow Americans.

Mr. Conway - you are doing great work as a Never-Trumper. A leading voice in the resistance. But, for the love of all that is good on this planet, please PLEASE stop with the puns. They are just….not good. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Sadly, majority of voters don’t care about all the corruption. Only their own pocketbooks. Which just that should cause a huge blue wave. *should*.

Most likely in 2028. Possibly in 2032. After that? A toss up.

i used to think this as well. But I’ve since moderated to point I believe single payer is the least worse option. We have the money and other resources to care for one another. We simply don’t want to. The for profit model fallacy is it will keep costs down. Even if true, to what end?

Big part of the problem is we have a very disengage electorate who, at best, have a slight inkling this is going on. Those that do hear “drug smugglers in boats” and are fine with it. Don’t stop to think about due process or rule of law, or being in international waters. It’s scary to be honest.

That was a 12 in sub. With rampant Trumpflation it was more like $10+.

Peltola is pretty popular here. She barely lost to Begich. Can she beat Sullivan though? Trump is not popular here so it is possible. She is going to run for statewide office of some type, so why not? She’d probably beat Begich if she wanted back in the House.
