The names are shifted left and right so that a set of letters, one from each name, align and spell a word. There are about 20 such stacks on the page. The one in the center is danCer, dOnner, coMet, Blitzen, vIxen, praNcer, dashEr, cupiD, spelling the word COMBINED.
