Hello Russ, I'm a recently retired police officer and crime author. I'm happy to help, but I was never a detective—far too busy for that! 😜 Alternatively, have you tried contacting Graham Bartlett @gbpoliceadvisor.bsky.social ? He advises authors and is a thoroughly nice chap, too.

We love Marmite. Have you tried it with pasta? Cook the pasta, leaving a little water behind. Mix in some butter to make a sauce, and then mix in a couple of heaped teaspoons of Marmite. Add some grated cheese. It's a great go-to comfort meal.
