it’s a win-win for conservatives and social media companies. the companies don’t have to spend money on moderation & the conservatives are permitted (and encouraged) to spew hate and misinformation.

i think we’ve gone to far in the direction of acknowledging finiteness—the individual is temporary, but the community isn’t. and now we have a YOLO society that’s strip mining the climate and the future
