Not if you consider busses and trains to be feeders to each other.

If you’re suggesting a work day (which includes weekends) mid year I can guarantee you that there will be a lot of lower income workers much more inconvenienced.
As someone on a decent enough income I can get by if there’s no train on a work day, I know plenty of people who would not.

It’s mostly to allow the kind of engineering that takes a full shutdown country wide.

One day a year people can get by.

In 2013 Tesla in Europe repurposed the Mennekes connector to perform as both AC and DC in much the same way their own connector works.
Later they adopted the CCS2 standard.
Adapters like this were needed for early Model S and X vehicles.

They do get quite a bit of sun at those latitudes.

The comparison country to country never quite makes sense to me unless you counter for available daylight hours too.

As winter approaches time seems to change speed too. This summer has flown. Winter is starting to slow down.
My coping mechanism is to get out of the house even when it’s blizzard out and super freezing.
It’s also when I wish Toronto was more like Montreal and they plowed the sidewalks 🤣

Welcome from another immigrant.

Damn.

Now see if you can predict him doing something about getting the Eglinton Line open 😂

But Doug said I could. Cameras can't catch crimes you see, only IRL police officers.

He was the sensible era of motoring journalism that we desperately need back.

What difference would that have made? The road layout is the problem and an application of noise from the streetcar is not going to fix that.
