That parking lot looks familiar

That corner is grim. All buildings face away from the street and it's close to large surface parking lots. The city would need to partner with private builders to completely reconstruct the commercial experience.

This tiny block on Phinney is blocked off yearly for the Glocone lighting, and heavily used by pedestrians to access the Friday summertime market. Would be such an easy project to square it off into a pedestrian street.

Can I install a bike rack here?
