The saddest part is go to almost any company and dig around - there is a story about someone who bought gift cards the ceo wanted.

Not yet unfortunately - this had both a bunch of line (web of trust style) and a hierarchy for business orgs and its members. The goal was different the goal was stop impersonation (re stop social engineering)
