We signed up for a stargazing night outside Bryce NP years ago. It was stunningly clear and we saw some great stuff through the telescopes, but it was also in the low teens and it was rough to stand around outside for any extended period of time (they had some heated shipping containers to hide in)

The truth is, biking is dangerous to pretty much all of our most oppressive political systems. So to suppress it, we make biking artificially dangerous to riders — we don't build the bike paths, we spread lies about how much they'll cost us, we stigmatize this basic, democratic form of movement.
