Facebook is a cesspool of false information and online harassment. It is past time that our public officials and staff abandon it as a form of legitimate outreach and engagement.

I was confused by the City's choice to allow this to go through as a Conditional Rezoning as well. How were the "conditions" offered by the applicant (allowing a gas station and car wash...two bad land uses) better than just a straight rezoning? How are these conditions beneficial to Royal Oak?

Crazy that a 3-unit building has to go in under a PUD request (essentially a rezoning). Should be by-right. PUDs should be reserved for truly unique, larger-scale developments.

Finding out that it was a completely different company took me all but two minutes. Real amateur stuff over there from the NIMBYs.
