I used turkey substitutes for the the ground chuck and sausage, added some Worcestershire sauce, and deglazed with a little bit of red wine. 😋

Great w/ tweaks
1. Brown turkey until it roars. Toast garlic & tomato paste 1 min in fond & deglaze w/ stock. Cook onion sep, add w/ veggies
2. Use petite potato & crinkle cut carrot bags
3. Add 1 tsp rosemary, thyme, tarragon & 1 tbsp garlic powder
4. Cook 15 min then add frozen veggies for 5 min

Lots to like about Bluesky, but one downside is there’s no concept of private or restricted posts. You can control who replies, but not who can see. It’s good to know it’s in the roadmap, but I think it’ll hinder growth in the meantime. Moving from Twitter will be easier than moving from Facebook.
