What a cracking day for today's long weekend run, proper spring feels! Up to the resevoir then back via the shops for Sunday dinner supplies. Cheeky wee beer in the garden to "rehydrate" 😉

Intervals last night for the first time since getting back to running 🤢. Upside was the recovery meant I got to appreciate the trail in the dark a bit more. Can of AF cherry choclate stout by @mashgang.bsky.social as a reward for getting out on a Friday night!

Long run out along the West Highland Way out and back. Love that this is right on my doorstep. Although it was overcast the birds were out in full chorus. Saw loads of other runners dog walkers and cyclists. So nice to see so many people using the route 😄

Went for a short easy run last night down by thr Allander river. Was confused by all the lights coming towards me at one point until I realised they were mountain bikers and not a 4x4 on the narrow trail 😆

A drain hose cut in two and joined with a black connector and 2 jubilee clips. Hose is over a blue basin incase it leaks while testing.

Car went in for it's MOT. Stuck the bike on the back and road to the shops then home. The bike really is such a useful vehicle! Was able to get the shopping and still get home quicker than if I had walked back!

I've been trying to plot some bike adventuring in for this year as I didn't do much last year. Finally pulled the trigger on a weekend to bimble up to Berneray and back in August. 4 days 3 nights wild camping just me and my bike exploring some island 😁
