I love him too, but stay in front of the camera. Venom 2 was horrendous.

I swear, half the time I'll be looking at the subtitles and it's just kinda paraphrasing what's actually being said. (Something like "Jordan, tell 'em you like the shirt" will read "Tell them that you like it" and thats it) It's infuriating.

Honestly, his pilot script for Poker Face is a work of art as well.

I'll actually go one further and say that Knives Out in particular tried to trick the audience into thinking it was going to be a subversion and then wasn't.
