On the other hand, it DOES exist, it MIGHT cure cancer (and that would be amazing), putting it back in the bottle is a likely fantasy and I will probably still use it every day to do my job faster. I'm not sure being human has ever been this morally complicated.

I like this. Ignoring it is likely a recipe for disaster so teaching kids to live with it might be the best we can do. The Q I have is how lesson plans could ever match pace of AI? Lord of the flies will be the same next week but AI may be 2x "better" with completely different limitations and tells.
