Thank you Rich 😊 🙏 it's a lovely detailed kit and no fit issues either which makes it more pleasurable to build.

It certainly is, a bit of a beast 🙂

Thank you mate, it is a lot of parts and the details are 👌

You'll need a bit of heat to stop the bloom, it's moisture and cold that you want to try and avoid 👍

Thank you dude. This is my first kit from Thunder and so far I'm impressed, it's very much like a miniart kit but slightly harder plastic. Nice detail and no major fit issues thus far and hopefully there won't be any further down the line 😀 👍

You'll smash the gloss finish, just make sure that it's not too humid otherwise you'll get a nice cloudy finish 👍

Evening Stef. It's a good kit and I'm enjoying it so far. It's going to be a clean parade ready scheme and I'm hoping to get another one with the trailer at a later date. 👍

Exactly, plus you know it will go together ok, well most of the time anyway.

This one got scuttled into the recycling bin in a ball 😁

Good morning Stef. It started out OK but just ended up getting more and more annoying with all the very small bits that needed cutting out 🙄 being back amongst the plastic feels a lot better 😁

Thank you Rich 😊 🙏 that's certainly a good motto to stick with 👍

😬🤣

Thank you Rich 😊 🙏 it's a nice kit but with many, many small bits that need cutting out 😬
October 21, 2025 at 7:52 PM
They're rather big aren't they 😬💪
October 21, 2025 at 7:51 PM
I wouldn't say difficult, just time consuming cutting all the parts out. Plus when you have a lot of fiddly bits to cut out, give me pe anyway 😁 on the whole it's quite relaxing in a weird way. The fun is going to start soon.

Thank you mate, it's nice to see the super structure slowly rising from the deck.
October 20, 2025 at 7:35 PM
Very much so mate, I've been asked where I plan on putting it when it's done 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤣

I've never done paper model kits before either but I'm up for this challenge. It's a good test of patience and willpower.

You score along a line to get a crisp corner and then glue down with pva, i managed to find some pva that goes off quicker which helps.
