Your state law requires a person to be board certified before using the title “engineer.” Perhaps you were unaware. Board certification takes years, and any interview is laughably easy by comparison.

The president has immunity for anything connected to his official duties, and accepting a bribe to do something official obviously is connected. He is already immune from your bill.

Bribery of POTUS was explicitly permitted by SCOTUS, because it is always connected to official duties, ergo immunity. No need to further discuss this. It’s legal.
