In US since 1970s neoliberalism has impoverished the bottom 90% while enriching billionaires. A reversal of 1945-1970 trend. But politicians tell us they are for working people. If you are wondering why the Dems lost maybe look into this rather than blaming people who gave a shit about a genocide.

Leftists have long warned that neoliberalism is barbaric and immiserates most people. Perhaps‘progressives’ who kept urging us to vote for neoliberal politicians (Kamala, Obama, Blair, etc) and ensured Corbyn and Sanders never gained power are really to blame for the reaction to neoliberal deceit.
