I like science fiction, history, and comic books. I even have a few comics of my own and I'm looking to make more.
It may take an AI model a day to spit out an entire book, but it takes 7 months to edit and proofread that book in order to check for errors and get it up to a professional standard.

Which is what they're totally doing...right?

Eh, it would never sell.

This is an honest post made by someone who has no ulterior motives whatsoever and I trust it completely.

I must do as Mayor Mamdani says.

The hipster mustaches can go.

Facial hair is fine, but waxing it into that shape while not wearing the appropriate suit is too much.

Remember when The Simpsons got in trouble for saying the word "damn"?

Hello Mr. Laming.

I can't guarantee that I can give your book a home, but I do run a small publishing outfit that is going to open up for submissions next month.

Please feel free to check us out and I would be happy to answer any questions you might have.

That's my exact body shape!

Thank you for nailing it so completely.

We know...but I thought we all agreed to not talk about Egg Fu anymore.

It's better to be well rounded in your reading and learning habits than a hyper focused expert on one thing

Read good books, read bad books, learn about things you've never learned before, study business practices in different industries and see if you can apply them to making comics, and so on.

The genie is currently being fed by gobs of venture capital that is currently racing (and failing) to reach a profitable business model before investors run out of money and patience.

Good vibes and good luck!

I'd read it!

It's all fun and games until the magical "nuh uh, I have a magic force field that protects me against everything" spell comes into play.

It's like come on kid, give the rest of us a chance!

Thanks! And don't worry, almost nobody is familiar with us...for now.

That rabbit mask is plumbed from the depths of our deepest, darkest nightmares.

Dolly is lovely as usual.

All are welcome, and we do not care if someone threatens to ban a book. Quite frankly, they can go to hell and stay there.

You can check out our submissions page here and let me know if you have any questions.

I run a small press as well and we're opening up to submissions in March. As long as your book doesn't promote bigotry, isn't explicitly pornographic (nudity is judged on a case by case basis, just make sure it's not one long sex scene), and doesn't use AI art or writing, we'll consider it.

Hi Jasmine! We don't know each other, but I would like to take this opportunity to do a little bit of self promotion and to extend an invitation to anyone here looking to give their book a temporary home.

It's a heck of a shoulder workout.

Go ahead, tell them they're acting crazy.

Better yet, tell them they need to calm down. I'm sure that will go over wonderfully.

That looks decadently delicious.

If I may make a suggestion, maybe put a layer of cream cheese on top to glue the caviar on? Yes it'll ruin the aesthetic, but it'll keep the eggs in place.

Jesus. Not even the people who supposedly wanted this want this.
