Oh oh, you caught this one sleeping on the job - really hope the coyotes aren't watching too 🚨

😂 Once bitten twice shy might explain it.
When we were visiting my lovely Aunt B on the Isle of Wight, she left a fruit pie outside her window.
We'll never know how tasty it was, but the red squirrels certainly enjoyed chomping on it!

Sometimes it's good to have an excuse to stay in. Bon courage!

In recent interviews, Pullman talks about seeing imagination as much more than making things up - more like an energy field. Fascinating stuff. And it would make a great essay question. "Imagination is a form of perception." Discuss.

Yes, brilliant. And his character has been written with so many layers for him to portray - fascinating and multi-dimensional.

😄 Looks suspiciously like, "You've got to be kidding?"

Hahaha, I can be persuaded of anything after dark.
But if you mean the cellular memory thing - not entirely fanciful. Donor DNA has been detected in recipients up to 2 years post transplant, so may be exerting some influence, even if it's only a newfound taste for broccoli or holding a paintbrush 🤔

I take your point, but certainly can trigger the imagination. I sometimes think I'm Agent Scully in the cold light of day, but transform into Mulder by night.
And of course, there's possible cellular memory from previously owned organs.

So true, and the idea of ghost attachments is a compelling one. It's actually the main theme of my first novel, Pre-owned, which works on a few different levels.

Hahaha
Remember when you took a favourite toy to school and your teacher put it on a special high shelf until home time?
November 11, 2025 at 12:17 PM
Hmm, perhaps gallows humour will prove our trump card yet...

Hahaha - though to be honest, I'd be grateful for any attention on Amazong 😄 No such thing as bad publicity, right?
