Since it is pouring here in London, I’ve decided to grab the ferry down to my hotel. Which is quick and easy, and the waiting lounge has a full bar and hot tea. It’s just a better way.

My pumpkin pie turned out dark, but that is because I used a vegan recipe that didn't have a lot of condensed milk in it. This is pumpkin, coconut cream, and many NICE AND SPICY THINGS. Very pleased with the crust.
