The silence from other Minnesotans with a platform in sports or entertainment or arts is telling. And I haven’t heard anything from teams that have been vocal about other social issues (like the Lynx and Timberwolves). Have I missed something?

I was just thinking about this. Everyone with a public platform that lives here or is from here should be stating their support at a minimum and visible boots on the ground would be better. Expressing support for next Fridays walk out and protest!

This is a start. Should ICE ultimately be abolished. Absolutely. But the first step is to starve funding. Let's support the forward momentum and keep pushing for the outcome we want.

The Twin Cities has a non-profit tool library and for a tiny annual fee we can check out tools and use their onsite woodworking shop. It's a great way for homeowners to tackle projects without having to buy new tools and equipment each time!
