I had this idea for a while before I commissioned it.
So an idea I had for a bit is an au where <@303712448605847553>'s ocs King Tyran and Mother Mira's fates are swapped. Mirabelle, upset by the citizens' mistreatment of her friend, was the one to awaken an evil desire and discover that book of dark magic. She used her newfound powers to wreck havoc on the kingdom as revenge, only to be betrayed by King Tyran, who used the power of the Rainbow Gem to banish her from what remained of his kingdom. Heartbroken, Tyran left with what remained of the sages. One day, many years later, Tyran returned with the Rainbow Gem and restored the valley and renamed it Moonrise Valley. Eventually, much like Mira would in a different timeline, Tyran would wish on a star for a family to call his own. He ended up getting slightly more than he bargained for and got eight babies (Smiling versions of the Nightmare Critters), ultimately adopting the name Father Tyran.
