What's the "standard of notability" for a horse to get its own page? Seems like some potential for misuse, if you can name it anything you want and then get it on Wikipedia.

At the same time, why not take the obvious way out with the pronunciation for "chow mein". You can make the argument that "chow minh" is closer to the real Chinese pronunciation. But yet!
