it's a hassle, but the only real solution is to use a remote browser
I use Kasm to spin up remote, ephemeral browser containers, that essentially serve a web browser via web browser.
I safe that link as a desktop icon via Safari, and when I hit it, new browser container that's not local to ios.

The approach to the problem at hand is the issue. Age verification laws placed on individual business entities stifle competition, neuter privacy, and create burdensome costs. This has to be done at the hardware/L3 level. Enforce underage access to the network via TPM on the device.
