especially for AFAB folks, I’ve heard about and experienced a SEVERE uptick in how painful my periods are (genuinely looking into endometriosis now). If most of or at least half the city menstruates, well that makes fighting back much harder if we are all in severe pain

I am currently thinking back to when my body was functional, I hiked about 10-15 miles a day, never got sick, and had more energy.
