Home price as a share of income literally at an all time high. People are still buying/owning housing, but cost of housing crowds out childcare and healthcare.

Additionally, this is an effect that is concentrated with people who didn't lock in 30 year mortgages under ZIRP, so not felt broadly.

I'd note that in some of these cases (NV/MI) there was very little ticket-splitting, but a ton of undervote. AZ however in particular saw a huge amount of ticket splitting which should be a major focus of post-election analysis.
