Last weekend was the 900th anniversary of the consecration of the beautiful St Mary's church in Whaplode, Lincolnshire. To celebrate, a historic Anglo-Saxon / Norman reenactment was put on display in the churchyard.

The Chapter II album has now been out for a year! That album was very much a step forward for me, progressing as a musician, songwriter, and as a producer. Since then, an entirely new album has been recorded and will be out by the end of this summer, with any luck. 🎵🎶

I've not stepped foot into this particular supermarket in almost 20 years. I remember being a small child, sitting in the trolley and being well-behaved (although I accidentally ate a baguette before getting to the checkout). The little kids of today are just feral and out of control.

I just had a super amazing evening, being at the live recording of Mick Wall's Monsters of Rock podcast. His main guest this week was none other than the legendary keyboard player, Don Airey. I was also fortunate enough to meet him in the bar afterwards and chat with him. I'm a wee bit starstruck.
