It looks like it's from the 70s (probably because it is).

"This article was very thought provoking and caused me to thoroughly evaluate the idea of gender and the role it plays in our society." Too bad she didn't write that thorough evaluation down; maybe she wouldn't have gotten a 0.

She didn't get a 0 because her opinion is shit (although it is); she got it because her essay is shit.

The Hamburg steak was, as its name suggests, invented in Hamburg, but that's just one component of the hamburger.

If they won't redesign the mouse, they should at least licence (or design their own version of) Logitech's Powerplay wireless charging. Actually they should consider that even if they do redesign it. (And Logitech should use it on their non-gaming mice.)
November 24, 2025 at 8:17 PM
They used to redesign their mouse every few years, but this design has lasted for sixteen. Since Jony Ive left, they've made their laptops a little thicker in favour of functionality. They should do the same for the mouse.
November 24, 2025 at 8:17 PM
They *should* redesign it. The problem isn't just the charging port location. (The battery life and charging speed are good enough that it's just annoying, but not hugely disruptive.) It's so thin that many users can't comfortably hold it.
November 24, 2025 at 8:17 PM
The mouse was originally designed with replaceable AA batteries. The battery door was on the bottom of the mouse. When they changed to a built-in rechargeable battery, they put the charging port where the battery door used to be. There's no room on the back for a charging port because it's too thin.

How do I turn it off?

You shouldn't be carrying that in your wallet, though.

I think so, unless the same guy did it twice.
