If they have MRIs or CT scans, they would show severe brain hyperatrophy especially in the frontotemporal areas. He. Has ADVANCED frontotemporal dementia. He needs an honest diagnosis and offered whatever treatment might be available. At this point, the changes to his brain ARE irreversible & fatal.
