It’s disgraceful watching both parties gerrymander in preparation for the mid-terms instead of working on a bipartisan bill to make gerrymandering illegal.

Here’s my solution to this egregious overreach by the executive branch. Repeal the 20+ yr old AUMFs and amend the NEA of 1979 including the immediate suspension of all 48 federally declared emergencies.
