First you taste the tangy sweetness of the tomato, garlic, onion & the peppers, then the savory of the meats and the hominy (which is almost potato like by now), then it finishes with the spice combos - Tapatio sauce, smoked chipotle, chili, cayenne and hatch. It is a symphony of taste.

The chili is done, cooked all night, till about 6am, so 13 hours. It came out wonderful, with the spice burn cooked down considerably overnight. It's still there, but blended in with the flavors much more over all that time, so you keep getting hit with the different flavors, textures and heat.

You have that one large open port in the lower left of the ship, that would be cool as a big open mouth like in the second pic above with the smoke coming out, which is from Dune.

I was envisioning something like Geidi Prime from Dune, the Necromonger ships from Riddick and the works of HR Giger, with the machine/human hybrid mutations.
