My take on Cirein-cròin, a sea monsters in Scottish Gaelic folklore with a shapeshifting ability that allows it to transform into a small silver fish that, once caught and aboard a vessel, would shift back to its original form and devour everything in it.

Anyway, here's and #illustration I made of Hafgufa, a sea monster from norse mythology.

Fun fact: The #Hafgufa legend is thought to have been born from people witnessing whales using the trap-feeding strategy.

I had fun today making this little cottage on a rainy mountain in Procreate, inspired by a picture I found on Pinterest. It had been a long time since I'd done a digital illustration.

I’ve been thinking about getting back to illustrating in Photoshop, but I desperately need some brushes! Does anyone have any recommendations?

For reference, I use the MaxPacks in procreate and I really love that style and would love something similar for PS.
