Doing what is healthy doesn't always feel good. To decide longer to betray the integrity of your own heart when it's been crying. Say it with heart palpitations, a quivering voice, and trembling hands. Set Boundaries, ask for what you need, take your time-growing is uncomfortable

Does it take anybody else 20 minutes to respond to one email? Or 10 minutes to respond to a text?

I realize it takes me a lot of mental energy to hear tones behind emails and text messages. Then to think about the response.

Then I'm tired afterwards🫣🙃

Nature to me is my sanctuary. The space where "Being" is simple and allowing is all that is required. Listening to the chorus of birds singing and serenading. The majestic trees lending their shade and their presence for oxygen to breathe. Stillness. Quiet. Silence is divinely delicious to my soul.
