Break up happened yesterday. Couldn’t sleep so went to my gyms 6am GroupX class. Thought it was Yoga, but turned out to Strength and Fitness. My body aches more than my heart now. The instructor greeted me by name. Community care is all around me. Thanks @West Coast Strength-Springfield
