“the one” is a silly concept because they may as well be in africa, but there’s a girl out there who will respect you and be right for you, it’s just frustrating every little thing that wittles the pool down and weeds out the worst, i suppose it’s a blessing too bc you can only get closer that way.

works it works, i’m of the belief that words are deeper than their definitions, especially when attached to people. it only describes something minuscule about you and there’s a certain connotation that comes with the “straight” label that you don’t have to identify with

i understand, before i transitioned i was in a similar place. it’s not how i felt, ultimately that was because i’m a lesbian but also because it didn’t feel like a world i could belong to regardless. use the words that make you feel comfortable, you don’t have to use any labels at all and if queer

if you can write literally anything, you are a better writer than AI because you are capable of communicating your ideas using written language, which AI is not capable of because it’s not capable of remotely forming its own ideas, only regurgitating what people, you or its bosses, want to hear

i have a lot of thoughts on this topic but while transmed will always be the worst extreme i do feel like my experience and needs as someone with kinda heavy dysphoria aren’t always listened to or understood but i feel wary talking about it because i don’t want to parrot transmed rhetoric

my head actually hurts from overstimulation

i can’t get over how clever and funny of a way of communicating this idea this is, seuss really was in a league of his own

but it could never replace us, if anything it’d be seeking to replace the entire population with one omniscient servant. i don’t like the sound of that

i mean aside from everything else, have these people never seen a sci fi movie?

my brains getting a bit tired of this rant now because it’s confusing and complicated, but there is an essence to communication. i think the most essential part is that it’s a human thing, we all communicate in different ways. chatgpt even has its own way that’s become recognised by people

involving it in our human world only obscures what it is to be human, if you could be generated and replaced by a robot, why be here? because only you can be you, you can’t even be yourself from ten years ago, ai could only ever capture a picture of who you are, how could it understand being human?

no matter the tells or style of “art” or “writing”, there’s still no mind to be met. even if it were indistinguishable from something human, it still isn’t human. even if ai were truly intelligent and conscious, it still isn’t human.

as do all words, being “human” has a vibe and it’s different to everyone. i think a lot of people really do perceive AI as human, i mean take the turing test for example. we can’t perceive what’s real and what’s fake anymore. but this is exactly the problem

using ai in any part of any process, creative or not, removes a human aspect of it, and it may as well not be human anymore. i’m not particularly fond of the “using ai as a tool” mentality either . i find myself trying to describe it and i think others do too, but to no avail
