Just went to an appointment today and found out I'm gonna need to have another operation at some point to hopefully remove whatever remaining cancer cells I may have left, and to see if my cancer's spread. It won't be until after Christmas at least, but yeah, not the best news...

idk if this town was accessible in BW1's postgame or not, but regardless, after most of the game since Castelia City has been familiar from the first game, I'm now once again exploring new territory :3
Also ig some Team Plasma stuff is going on, which explains the huge gym level cap difference lmao

Unfortunately, my newly evolved Sizzle probably won't be getting much action in the next gym battle on account of it being a Flying type gym and Sizzle being a Fighting type, but I've got plenty of other mons to deal with Flying types, so surely I'll be fine :3

This probably isn't relevant or anything, but I just wanted to mention that I found and caught the static Volcarona. I doubt I'll use it since I already used one in my first Scarlet playthrough, but idk, maybe I'll use it for 1 of the gyms or something

And I won first try! Colress' Magneton was a bit of an issue due to my mons' typings and moves (along with being a blatant example of the NPCs cheating bc his was level 25 when Magnemite evolves at 30), but I still managed :3

Okay yeah I definitely recognize this as that Rivals of Aether mod stage, and I think I recognize some of the music too, so yeah, cool to know that that comes from this game

It wasn't a perfect victory, but he still went down fairly easily! I'm considering keeping Swimian the Simipour around since I kinda wanna use one of the monkeys, and if that doesn't work out, I could always use Chachaki the Simisage instead :3

Okay so I realize now that since it counts as being from another trainer, I can't actually nickname it, and I can't even breed it to get one I can nickname until postgame. So uhh... into the box you go, unnamed Zorua who sticks out like a sore thumb compared to my squad of fully nicknamed mons 😔
Oh hey, free Zorua! I'm happy about this bc I never found one in my Black 1 playthrough! I'm actually considering using it tbh. Doesn't seem like I can nickname him though, at least not yet

Decided to try out the Battle Subway again, and yep, it's still is unfair and rigged as it was in the first game. I had to save state like hell in the 7th regular doubles battle just to get around all of the blatantly rigged RNG. idek what to do with the 9BP I got from it
