We are very grateful to Ms. Barry (Castlebar Primary School) and Ms. Corrigan (Parke National School) for the opportunity to trial this programme in their classes and we hope that they and their pupils benefitted from it.

Through story, written tasks and guided meditation the children learned to become more aware of their self-talk and to understand that everyone makes mistakes and everyone has strengths and challenges.
