If your idea of fixing racial discrimination and injustice in the world begins and ends with the cause of rich Afrikaners in South Africa losing portions of their land to eminent domain, maybe your motives aren't as pure as you make them sound.

That's not the kind of person I'm talking about. A better comparison is August Landmesser, who joined the Nazi party in 1931 hoping it would lead to a job. He realized his mistake. This is believed to him five years later, refusing to salute Hitler. He was later imprisoned and died in 1944.
