Not true. When I married in 1979 at 26.. I could make omelette and nothing else. I hadn't a clue. Delia Smith , her basic book was and still is, brilliant. If you like food, you will learn to cook I promise. Don't give up.

I sorta want China to 'invade/protect' Venezuela.
I'd rather they have the resources than trump. Hell , I would rather the Venezuelans got their act sorted and exploited their own country first.

Trumps too busy adding to his pot of gold than caring what Bannon, his son in law and Miller, are up to. Trump has no loyalty to the USA. No service history and he would ship out as soon as he thought there was a chance of any repercussions, He wouldn't even look back.
